Note Regarding Past Legal Matter
While focused on current innovations in clean energy and enterprise software, it's important to address misleading online information regarding a past legal matter.
Following 15 months of wrongful imprisonment due to barrister negligence that was subsequently recognised by the Supreme Court, I successfully appealed on 4 grounds and was acquitted at retrial after approximately 30 minutes of jury deliberation. The barrister was found guilty of unsatisfactory professional conduct by the Legal Practice Board of WA and fined $2,000.
